Order Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
• Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund for Cancellations
• If the order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed automatically after confirmation of cancellation.
• For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, no refund is applicable since payment hasn’t been made yet.
Our Rights
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspicious transactions. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
Order Modifications
• Changes in size, color, or address can be requested within 12 hours of order placement or before dispatch.
• Once the order is shipped, no changes can be made.
